Nicola K Černe BSc RD
I live in London with my husband, our baby boy, and my grown-up stepdaughter. Outside of work, I love travelling, playing sports, and spending time with my family. I feel privileged to work with people from all walks of life, helping them improve their relationship with food, their health, and their confidence.
I’m a strong advocate for mental wellbeing and take a holistic view of health — focusing not just on nutrition, but also on mindfulness, relaxation, sleep, movement, and stress management. I’m passionate about the principles of Intuitive Eating and empowering people to reconnect with food in a positive, balanced way.

Philosophy
My passion is supporting individuals to improve their health and wellbeing through straight-talking evidence-based advice. I have a wealth of knowledge and NHS experience working with individuals with diabetes and want to support more people to help achieve their goals.
Information online can be so contradictory. I believe dietary advice does not need to be complicated. I take a holistic approach, considering all aspects of our day-to-day lives to strive towards overall wellbeing. Please get in touch today to learn more!
